How does YouTube make money?
Well the answer is Advertising Revenue.
Huge companies from around the world pay the internet giant YouTube, hundreds of thousands of dollars to advertiser their products on their website.
In return the advertiser either gets new clients or makes a sale.
Its pretty simple to understand, the same goes with MySpace, FaceBook, Digg you name it they all have huge advertising sponsors.
eg. Banks, Software, Insurance, Digital Products, Holidays, Accommodation and so much more. YouTube was brought out for 2 Billion Dollars & I bet by now or even months ago it has paid its self off and then some.
