Next you can find a nice theme for you site, just type “free blogger template” into Google - Googlepages have there own templates & Squidoo has none. The site you get the theme from should have a guide on how to upload the template file. Go set everything up.

OK by now you should be set up, next write separate reviews for about 5-10 products or you can make a landing page for 1 and then add your Adsense codes if you want to monetize that way also. After that you need to drive traffic to the new free blog with your aff codes on them.
