2. Research:
Now you have to research the site, research the Keywords, what type of advertising the seller uses, who links to that site, will the links stay if you buy the site and if the seller has sold other site.
3. Buy It:

Yeah this is going to be my main priority, there is just so much cash to be made doing it this way.
