Yes except for Amazon, I should have put that 1 last. I just want to say Bidvertiser is the BEST alternative to adsense, if you have been declined by the big G I highly recommend Bidvertiser.

1. go to blogger dot com …get a blog
2. go to comm junction or similar and sign up
3. get approved
4. install script of product chosen onto blog
5. pass the addy around through articles, review, pr

I havent tried Copeac yet, but I have only heard good things about them.
If I were you I would sign up for both Neverblueads & Maxbounty their both great programs and I use both.
If I were to choose 1 Neverblueads would be it.
You could also try Affiliate Future they are another good CPA network.
