I have no idea why people would want to start an offline business, the initial investment is HIGH, the running costs are higher and the amount of time needed to run the business is a lot.

Money From Friends & Family: A good place to start looking for your business start up costs is through your family (this might not be the best idea though, especially if your business goes bottoms up) and friends. Money From Business People: There are some business people who are always looking for the next best thing or an investment that will benefit them. You can get in contact with these people and see what they think, we also recommend joining “online business forums” to see if there is anyone interested in helping you start up your business. It would be a no brainer for them to invest in you, if you show them a good plan, but beware, there are people who will steal your ideas and build the business without you. Choose your lenders wisely.

Money From Banks: I have never applied for a business loan and probably won’t ever, to get some money to start your business why not apply for a personal loan? This way they don’t have to know about your new business and you don’t have to explain all of the details. If you feel confident about your business idea and you have a property take a loan on the house, it would be so much easier to do it this way.
